Boris Lefterov is a second-generation hotelier with over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He holds a BBA in International Hotel Management specializing in SME from Les Roches and a Master’s in Finance, Real Estate, and Hotel Development from Glion London. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive operational experience in the luxury hotel segment, working in Portugal, Amsterdam, and the UK
In 2023, he founded Nōmante Hospitality, a boutique hotel development and hospitality real estate investment company. The firm is engaged in projects in Bulgaria, the United States, and the Scandinavian region, collaborating with renowned brands such as Nobu, Rosewood, Ennismore, and Mandarin Oriental.
Petya's professional journey includes the position of Front Office Manager at Grand Hotel Sofia, followed by the role of its PR Manager. Petia was responsible for opening the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, a 5-star property, as its Hotel Manager. There, she successfully led a team of over 100 people. Last year, Petia took on the roles of General Manager for Rosslyn - Central Park Hotel Sofia and Thracia Hotel Sofia. She holds a degree in Hotel Management from the University of Portsmouth and an MBA from the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff. Annually, she attends hotel and restaurant management programs at the prestigious École hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland.
