Marina Sozopol is a large-scale mixed-use development located along Sozopol's yacht harbor, designed to become a new kind of social and hospitality hub for the city. Spanning 32,350 sq.m, the complex brings together a hotel, yacht and sports clubs, restaurants, and retail, set within a Mediterranean-inspired architectural concept of white plaster, stone, and wood. The project was shortlisted at the 2025 Architecture Hunter Awards in the Hotels & Resorts category.
